This is also called “Day Of Wedding Coordinator” or “Month Of Coordinator” since it definitely takes more than just a day!

– Starts up to 8 weeks out from the wedding day
– Up to 3 meetings about details and timeline
– Unlimited email communication
– Custom timeline creation and finalization
– Contact and coordinate with vendors the proper scheduled timing
– Minimal decor set up of welcome and gift tables
– Rehearsal coordination
– Coordination on the day of the wedding for up to 9 hours
– Guest count of 150 or less (over 150 incur an extra fee)
– One assistant on the day of the wedding

Event Set up

This is for the bride that has everything taken care of and just needs some help with setting up the wedding or event. 

We handle setting up the table decor along with welcome table, gift table, favors, etc.

Event Tear Down

For the bride that needs someone to handle cleaning up and putting away the table decor.

We handle packing up the wedding decor and putting it in a designated spot for your family to take home at the end of the night.

Micro Wedding Coordination

What’s included:
– Starts 8 weeks out from wedding day

What do you specialize in?

We specialize in Wedding Day Management! We start a few months before the wedding and we help create the timeline, communicate with vendors and handle all the little details leading up to the wedding so you don’t have to.

But we also offer customizable packages and as well as handle Event Set Up or Event Tear Down and Micro Wedding Coordination. If you need one off help with finding a vendor or timeline creation, we can help with that too!

What does wedding Day management mean?

Wedding Day Management is another way of saying month of coordinator or day of coordinator. It means management and coordination of all the wedding details and timeline.  It typically starts a few months before the wedding and involves creating a timeline, communicating with vendors and being their on the day of the wedding to coordinating and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Why dont you do just day of coordinating?

We don’t specifically list day of wedding coordination simply because it’s very difficult to show up solely on the day of a wedding and be able to run it smoothly. It takes at least a couple months to get all the details and information needed to truly make the event run flawlessly. Working on weddings several months out not only removes stress on the bride, but it helps us be stress free as well! It’s a win win for everyone!

However with that being said, we know every brides needs are different so we offer customizable options to fit your needs. Reach out to us and let us know what you’re looking for.

Do you offer Customizable packages

YES! We love to customize our coordination packages and can work within your budget. Reach out to see how we can help! 🙂

Do you set up reception area and reception tables?

In order to keep our prices affordable and focus on the main goal of providing a smoothly run wedding, we do not offer this in our base package. Doing reception table decor set up would require quite a few more hands and/or additional hours, so we would need to hire more assistants for this. That being said, it is definitely an additional service we can add, it just requires an extra fee. The extra fee depends on several different factors like the scope of decor set up needed, guest count, number of tables and more. If you’re needing this service please mention it when reaching out! 🙂

Do you do full service wedding planning or Partial wedding planning

Currently we offer Wedding Day Management but hope to add full service planning and partial planning soon! Please reach out if you’re interested to see what we can work out.

Do you coordinate for large weddings?

Yes, absolutely we do! They just incur an additional fee based on the number of extra guest over 150. We also may need additional assistants which would be an added fee as well.
